We offer four different types of exchanges:
Package, Pen Pal, Pocket, and Sabbat.
All of these are open internationally,
and you may choose your shipping preference.
Our Pen-Pal exchange happens on a monthly basis, with a theme announced during sign up week. This is a free swap open to all of our subscribers! Sign up for free the 1st-5th of every month! Shipping deadline is the last day of the month.
The Package Swap occurs over a longer period, you have four weeks after partner matching is completed to send your package. In this exchange, you get two different partners, one sending and one receiving. We do this to ensure everyone gets matched, in case of odd numbers.
Our Sign up fee for the package exchange is $8.50. We charge a fee to provide replacement packages & letters- Everyone who joins our swap WILL GET SOMETHING! This also helps us to pay for our website, and our time- It takes a lot of work to keep this international swap running.
Package, Pocket & Sabbat Swap requirements
In order to keep the chaos in check, we have put in place a few simple rules which keep things flowing smoothly. We ask if you are going to participate in Witch Swap, always follow these rules or else you risk being banned from our community.
You must be at least 18 years of age, and legally able to enter into a contract.
You must have an active, valid, Instagram account .
You are required to make contact with your partner and provide them with your mailing address.
Your swap package must be post marked no later than the shipping deadline, except in cases of personal emergency (lack of planning does not constitute an emergency).
We ask that you include at least 5 magical items with a retail value of no less than $25 relating to your partner’s personal practice, and a note explaining any correspondences, or meanings .
Please keep the total package spending limit under $100.
Be respectful of all participants, in spite of personal beliefs. No one came here to be insulted or ridiculed. Hate speech will not be tolerated. Rude comments or DMs will result in users being blocked from participating in our community. There is no one right way to practice magick. This is a safe space to share beliefs and make friends.
If your partner is still in the broom closet, do not out them or mention publicly about their involvement in this swap. Some people’s livelihood may depend on keeping their practice secret, please respect this!
Pen-Pal requirements
Our Pen-Pal swap is changing!! We are hosting our pen-pal exchanges on a monthly basis, for FREE! This is a great low stress way to meet new people, and put yourself out there in a safe way.
You must be at least 18 years of age, and legally able to enter into a contract.
You must have an active, valid, Instagram account .
You must be an active member of our Patreon Community to participate in the bonus swap.
We ask that you include at least a full page introducing yourself and your practice, written legibly (typed is perfectly acceptable).
You are not obligated to respond to letters you have received, or to include items. However, if you so wish, it is to be encouraged!!
