Michaela Sargent is an artist and small business owner living in the deserts of rural New Mexico. She recently discovered her passion for communication through the visual art of tarot, and from that passion Earth Bones Tarot was born.
Creating a dialogue about mental health and wellness is something that Michaela is passionate about- Earth Bones was created as a way for her to battle her own personal demons, and her hope is that people will be able to use the deck as an outlet to discover and resolve their own shadows.
Along with her love of tarot, Michaela also works with different artistic mediums all directed towards helping the user manifest their dreams or manage their stresses and anxiety.
Her Memento Mori Memento Vivere art series combines the beauty of living and dead elements in a way that is intended to show death in a new light, and her upcoming oracle deck, the Black Velvet oracle, addresses the deep seated anxieties that we feel and how we can manage them.
