After you’ve picked your pile, scroll down to see your cards and read our interpretation! Be sure to let us know if the reading resonates with you! We love to hear your feedback.
1.///bay leaf, the moon, page of pentacles
Most of us use bay leaves in our practice pretty regularly. They are usually burned or used in kitchen witchery to bring prosperity, make wishes, and also bring good luck. They are a great quick and easy spell to boost manifestation, and are generally seen as common place, so they are safe for folks in the broom closet. Bay leaves also represent success, and were once used to make wreaths and laurel crowns.
The moon is a card that calls you to address your shadow self. What underlying fears or inhibitions may be getting in your way of happiness or success? This card is super fitting because we are at the peak of the moon’s cycle, which is perfect for releasing an letting go of what no longer serves us. Look to the corners of your soul, at the places that have gathered dust because they have been shoved aside for too long. Address the things the seem stale or no longer fit in your life now. Clean out your mental closet so to speak. Begin the transition from a time of rest and stillness into a time of new growth and life.
The page of pentacles relates to money, and possibly new business ventures. When this card shows up, its a good sign that your finances are straight or going to improve. Of course, there’s still a row to hoe, you have to put in the effort and hard work to make it so. Don’t expect it to just land in your lap. But this is a good sign from the universe that you are on the right path for financial stability.
2./// Optical Orange Calcite, the sun, 8 of pentacles
This stone is associated with the sun, and the solar plexus. Our main energy source comes from the center of our bodies, and this stone acts as a wand to help direct that energy. The color orange represents abundance, warmth, openheartedness, and happiness.
When the sun shows up in a reading, consider it a sign the universe is smiling down on you. Typically this card never brings bad news. It relates to our families, our community, happiness, success and all the good things! Take this as a sign that good things are coming your way! Many blessing, as long as you are open to them.
The 8 of pentacles relates to finances, business ventures an hard work. This card shows that you have put in the time, but there is still work to do to get you where you desire to be. You have the taste of success, now put in the work to replicate it and turn your vision into reality! Lay out a solid plan of action, that will realistically bring you closer to your desires. Possibly this is a better allocation of resources like time, or money. How can you amplify your influence? If you are feeling tired, now is not the time to give up, but to rest.
Foxes are cunning creatures that are fiercely loyal to their families. The are also dangerous predators which can injure or kill many other creatures. They represent the duality of nature, and putting blood before all else. Jawbones are where much of the foxes power lies. Their sharp teeth are able to kill but also defend.
Temperance is also a card of duality, and balance. Finding the line to walk between too much and not enough. One step on either side leads to unhappiness and being unfulfilled. When this card shows up reverse it means that you are out of balance in one way or another. You are being called back to center by your guides. Address where you have been placing too much energy, and don’t allow yourself to fall off track.
When reversed, the seven of pentacles means that you may be working yourself too hard for little reward, or that your financial situation is out of sync. You need to take a look at how you are utilizing your resources and address the truth. Have you bitten off more than you can chew? Maybe you are putting your effort into the wrong places and are not seeing the benefits of all the hard work. Are you overspending, or letting your money flow out of your pocket too easily? Address the issues and bring yourself back into balance before you get yourself into trouble.
