Sacred Space for Your Inner Child

"My point is, that as adults, digging deep for our magick, when we come home to that path again, have had our inner child locked away for so long, we tend to forget, it’s waiting there, wellies at the ready with the key in their excited little hand to unlock all the secrets of the universe for us, so we can see and feel what they could, before our magickal lights went out, and the big city lights lead us astray.

And so we, as the adult, can and must use our strength and grace to MAKE space for the child. We need to show them that they CAN take up space and should."

Taking your ‘Stalker Card’ by the Hand

If you don’t know what they are, you’ve probably never had one. To you lucky folks, I AM JEALOUS. Enjoy that space while you have it. In my journey with the tarot, my decks are quick to let me know when I am stuck somewhere and just where that stickiness is manifesting through an ever persistent ‘stalker card.’ Sometimes they come up for us personally, deck after deck, draw after draw, sometimes they manifest in repeated numbers or synchronicities in our walking life, sometimes in readings for clients…as my dad used to say, if you don’t learn the lesson, the world will keep teaching it.

Beltane

The Pagan wheel of the year is observed by many, it is a celebration of the seasons broken down in to eight Sabbats. Four of these Sabbaths are known as the Greater Sabbaths and four are known as the Lesser Sabbaths. The eight Sabbaths are Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lammas, Mabon, Samhain and Yule. The Lesser Sabbaths are the Spring and Autumn Equinoxes and the Summer and Winter Solstice, the rest are known as the Greater Sabbaths.
